Weekend Introduction to Buddhism and Meditation – January

These very popular weekends help people to learn Buddhist meditation and find out a little about Buddhism. Enjoy the company of others in a positive, friendly space away from the usual distractions, allowing you to connect with yourself and others at a deeper level. There will be guidance in meditation from experienced teachers, discussion of key Buddhist ideas and teachings, as well as time to relax and walk in beautiful countryside.

Retreat type: INTRODUCTORY RETREAT

Introductory retreats are for those with little or no experience with Buddhism and meditation. While Rivendell is a Buddhist retreat centre, you don't have to consider yourself a Buddhist to benefit from these retreats.
