Without mindfulness, we’ll never find true freedom. But how far can it really take us? And how do we actually practice it?
The answer is found in the famous Satipatthana Sutta with its Four Foundations of Mindfulness: body, feelings, mind, reality. By training our awareness on these foundations, we’ll see the deeper patterns of our mind, and how to transform them.
On this intensive meditation retreat, we’ll be exploring the theory and practice of these teachings in depth. Most of the retreat will be in silence, and each day will include meditation instruction, ritual and plenty of time for practice. You will also have opportunities for one-to-one and group meditation reviews to support and refine your personal practice.
Retreat leaders: Satyasthana, Satyabhasa and Eszti
